See what is new and changed in each Hubitat Elevation platform update

Release notes are provided for each new platform version (hotfix notes are included with the corresponding platform version release notes) and mobile app version.

Hub platform release notes can also be found in the Release Notes category in the Community forum. TIP: Set this forum category as "Tracked" or "Watching" in the forum (use the bell icon to choose the desired option) if you want to receive notifications or e-mails, depending on your account settings, for posts made in this category, which will be made for every new release.

Hub Platform

Current hub platform release notes:

NOTE: Hubs enrolled in the beta program may have a newer platform version available than the current production version. Check the "Beta" category in the Community forum for beta release notes (accessible only if enrolled).

How to check your version:

  • Connect to your hub, then navigate to Settings > Hub Details and look for Platform Version.
  • To upgrade your hub, navigate to Settings and select Check for Updates.

Mobile App

To view your installed mobile app version, open the mobile app. Then, select the More (three lines) tab, select App Settings, and look for App Version.

Note that the mobile app version is separate from your hub platform version. See above for how to check your current hub platform version.
